R_Switch is a compact, intelligent hub designed for robotics, drones, and embedded systems that need both high-current power delivery and high-speed networking in a single cable run. Each downstream port combines a switched power rail with a 100BASE-T1 Ethernet link over a single XT30+2 connector — eliminating the cable clutter that comes with separate power and data wiring.
At its core, a Microchip LAN9372 automotive-grade Ethernet switch provides five 100BASE-T1 downstream ports alongside a dedicated 100BASE-TX uplink, giving your system a fully managed network backbone right out of the box. An onboard ESP32 module connected via RMII handles switch management, real-time telemetry, and node control, while also offering Wi-Fi and Bluetooth capability for wireless access without any additional hardware.
